At Quest Community Health Centre, we believe health care should be accessible, equitable, and available where people need it most. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Point of Service Map and Schedule—a simple way to help you find Quest services offered throughout the Niagara Region. By providing services in community spaces across Niagara, we’re able to meet people where they are and make it easier to connect with the care and support they need.
What is a Point of Service?
A Point of Service is a community location where Quest staff provide low barrier health care and outreach services outside of our main clinic. Depending on the location, services may include:
- Physical Health Checks
- Wound Care
- Prescriptions, Labs & Testing
- Specialist Referrals
- Sexual Health
- Mental Health & Addictions Support
- System Navigation
- Housing Advocacy
- Primary Care Attachment
Our teams work alongside trusted community partners to ensure care is accessible, compassionate, and responsive to the unique needs of each community.
Explore the New Map
Whether you’re looking for a service close to home or supporting someone in accessing care, the map helps you quickly find the information you need.

You can view locations across the region and click on individual sites for more information.
Stay Up to Date with the Schedule
In addition to the map, we’ve created a Point of Service Schedule that outlines when Quest staff are available at each location. The schedule is updated monthly, making it easy to plan your visit and know where our team will be throughout the month.

Care That Meets You Where You Are
Health care looks different for everyone. By providing our services beyond the walls of our clinic, we’re making it easier for more people to receive the care, support, and connections they need—wherever they are in Niagara.
We invite you to explore our new Point of Service Map and Schedule and discover how Quest is bringing health care closer to the community.
