The Youth Outreach Mental Health Service was created in 2024. This team includes a Community Health Worker, Therapist and Peer Worker.

Youth 25 and under who fall under one or more of Quests priority populations are eligible:

  • Persistent mental health concerns
  • Substance use/Addiction concerns
  • 2SLGBTQ+
  • Homeless/Housing concerns
  • Low income

Community Health Worker

  • Service navigation
  • Addressing social determinants of health
  • Connection to primary care
  • Community awareness and health promotion

Therapist

  • Evidence based individual therapy (CBT, DBT & trauma informed)
  • Treatment planning
  • Evidence based group therapy
  • Connecting and referring to additional resources as needed
