Since 2010, Quest Community Health Centre has worked to address gaps in health and social services for sexually and gender diverse communities across Niagara.
Our interdisciplinary team provides inclusive, culturally responsive care to 2SLGBTQIA+ people across the lifespan.
Services include:
- Primary health care serving the 2SLGBTQIA+ community
- Sexual health care, education and support
- Gender-Affirming Care
- Support for people experiencing gender incongruence
- Support for gender-diverse children, youth and families
- Assessment, referrals and follow-up for gender-affirming surgeries
- Mental health support and counselling
- System navigation and community referrals
- Outreach, support groups and health promotion
- Community presentations and service-provider training
- Collaboration with 2SLGBTQIA+ organizations and community partners
