Quest CHC also provides services through our Mobile Health Care Clinic.
Our goal is to meet people where they are by removing barriers and allowing more people to get the care where they need it. This mobile clinic is used by various program areas including Primary Care outreach for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, by our Seasonal Agricultural Worker Health Program (SAWHP) at local farms, as well as by our Urgent Services Access Team (USAT) for individuals who experience mental health and/or addiction issues and/or frequent the ER for their care.

- Same day walk in Mobile Primary Care at Quest Point of Services
- Outreach Farm Visits for Seasonal Agricultural Workers
